About Hiatus
(Everyone's invited to L. Boogy's party!)
Let's get this party started... L.Boogy style!
My nonny was an Italian seamstress with a magical machine. And my mother, Valli, knew every crafty trade and was a master of them all. As children, my sister and I were summer babies - we basked in the sun, played in the pool and wore cute little things with appliqué flowers and colorful paint strokes. My L.A.Gear sneakers were an 8yr-old's dream.

Somewhere between the homemade Communion dress and all the years of mom's recycled Halloween costumes, my interest in constructed fashion and love of art rang loud and clear. My schoolgirl dreams eventually turned into the hot pursuit of art and all it inspires, especially fashion!

My girlfriends and I, while making "special appearances" on the New York, Miami and Vegas night club and party scenes, just couldn't get enough of the fun over-the-top fashions! We learned fast, that the beautiful beaches of Miami and the hottest pool parties in Vegas are all about bodacious bodies and rockin' bikinis.
That's when I decided to combine my art skills with my passion for design.
Before I knew it, what started-out as a few bikinis and holiday club costumes,
had turned into numerous orders placed by family and friends.

So then, what's hotter than a sizzling red bikini?
A sizzling red bikini decked-out with lady lace, shiny chains or a flash of fringe!

It's for the haute party princesses, the rockstar wildchilds and the classy cliques of divas.
